Cancellation, Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

All products available on the website www.canineclanpetcare.com (“Platform”) are non-returnable. Please check the details of the product carefully before placing an order.

Return Requests

While all sales are considered final and non-returnable, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise.

If you wish to raise a concern regarding your order, you may submit a return request by emailing us at contact@canineclan.in within 3 days of the order delivery date.

Company Discretion: The review, acceptance, or rejection of any return or exchange request is at the complete and sole discretion of Canine Clan Petcare. Submitting a request does not guarantee an approval, refund, or exchange.

If your request is approved, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at contact@canineclan.in immediately—and no later than 3 days from delivery—if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Resolution of these issues remains at the sole discretion of the Platform.

Order Cancellations

By Customer: You may cancel any order before the dispatch of the item has taken place. To initiate a cancellation, please email us at contact@canineclan.in.

By Canine Clan Petcare: The Platform retains the right to cancel any order placed by you at its sole discretion and shall intimate you of the same by way of an email. Further, the Platform may cancel an order if the quantities exceed the standard for individual consumption, or if the Platform has reason to believe or suspect that such an order is not placed by a consumer for personal use.

The Refund Process

In the event you place a return or cancellation request, we will notify you of the status of your request. If you are instructed to return a product, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected it, and let you know if the final refund has been approved.

Approved Returns/Cancellations: If approved, you will automatically be refunded the relevant amount to your original payment method.

Timeline: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval. Refund timelines may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Cost Refunds

For any return requests that are explicitly approved by the company, Canine Clan Petcare shall bear the cost of return shipping. Customers who are authorized to incur return-shipping expenses may reach out to us to submit a reimbursement claim.

Teleconsultation Appointments

Customer Cancellations

You may cancel a teleconsultation appointment with a veterinarian on the Platform at any time, up to 1 (one) hour prior to the scheduled teleconsultation. In the event of a cancellation made at least 1 hour prior to the appointment, any amount paid by you shall be refunded to your original payment method.

No-Shows

In the event you do not cancel the appointment and do not attend the scheduled teleconsultation, no refunds will be made.

Provider Cancellations

The Platform and all the veterinarians and consultants listed are committed to providing service to the community and make all efforts to attend to pets at the scheduled time. However, in exceptional cases due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances, the veterinarian or consultant may not be able to attend.

In such an event, Canine Clan Petcare shall make all reasonable efforts to inform you in advance.

You may either opt to reschedule the appointment or ask the Platform for a full refund.
